I bought this violin for my brother’s birthday because his old one was very hard to play and produced terrible sounds while he was playing music. He tried it out and the sound quality was much better with a smoother and rounder sound! It was a lot easier to distinguish the dynamic changes and much easier to listen to! I loved the aesthetic and look of the violin when it came in, so this violin is a great purchase if you need a great quality violin to play at school concerts!

So far I’ve only bought from Shar but they’re always out of student violins. Their comparative outfit was $50 cheaper than this one ,however, it doesn’t include your choice of strings, bow and case. My 4 year old now has a better violin and case than his older brother. If you know what to shop for this is the way to go. This little violin sounds great for a 1/16. I’m much more excited to practice with my little boy which can be quite challenging!

The sound is beautiful! A drastic improvement from our daughter’s previous violin that had been passed down from family. She used to have a hard time hearing when she was out of tune, but with her new Etude, she is catching and correcting when she is flat or sharp without having to be told. No muted tones, this violin has bold sound and rings true. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

Bought this violin for my 11 year old. She loves playing it. It has a very bright sound and looks great. The case is amazing! Even fits music in the top zip pocket.
Thanks!
