RS Berkeley has released the Jascha Heifetz violin string set. It is a mix of a the Goldbrokat steel E, gut A and D, and a silver wound G on a gut core.
Standard set includes:
E: Goldbrokat .26mm gauge steel E w/loop end
A: Gut .76 – .78mm gauge gut w/tie knot end
D: Gut 1.06 – 1.04mm gauge gut w/tie knot end
G: Silver wound/Gut core .80 – .82mm gauge w/ball end
