Had one for about 3 months, disconnected it for vbs in church and it would not work after plugging back in. This seems to be a problem they have, gonna try and not unplug this one.

Great light. Unfortunately, it was defective. It worked very well initially and after fully recharging the first time, wouldn’t turn on. Returned it after receiving a replacement. It did the same exact thing. Returned that for a refund. Your service was exceptional and I would certainly feel good buying from you in the future.

Ordered three and all three were defective. Returned them for replacement and, again, they were defective. SW Strings customer service was excellent. They can’t help that their supplier provided defective items.
