My son had difficulty removing the E string which was twisted tightly enough with the other strings that it developed a kink even when he tried to remove it carefully from the others and it broke in the process. I understand the E strings tend to be delicate, so I’m wondering if there is a more user-friendly way to package them in the future?

Two weeks ago the USPS lost my package but the status was updated as Delivered. I called and the representative asked me to contact USPS by myself or reorder and pay again. I was frustrated and gave a negative feedback (review). The online customer service was so fast to response my review and send me another package. Southwest Strings’ online customer service is the best.
