My violin is adjusted to respond optimally to these medium gauge strings. I find as an orchestral violinist that Vision strings are quite even in tone and blend well with others. They tend to be long lasting and remain quick to respond. They are also among the least expensive professional brands which certainly appeals to the budget-minded individual. They are a good value.

Best strings I’ve used. They have a brightness to them but with the Pirastro Gold E, it brings out an underlying warmth and complexity. Soft on the fingers but still enough tension for a fast response. Good price and long lasting.
